 Reflections on a recent sale
The over-arching sentiment from this recent sale is gratitude and I'm confident that all parties involved in the transaction feel the same!

I had helped the owners of 15 Plane Street in Piscataway buy the home in 2014. Their life was taking them in a new direction and I was so grateful that they reached out to me to assist with the sale. Their timeline was short and so we hustled to get them on the market in November and after one Open House and less than a week on market the seller had multiple offers to consider.

I was so impressed by the sellers' approach to reviewing the offers. They carefully considered all aspects of each offer, evaluating each buyer's sincerity,commitment, financial qualifications and the overall terms. Once their decision was made, they did not waver, confident that they had found the buyer for their home.
